feat: add C# LSP (omnisharp) and treesitter support
- Add omnisharp to LSP servers (auto-installed via Mason) - Add c_sharp to treesitter filetypes for syntax highlighting Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
