fix: restore lazy.nvim init.lua and apply stylua
...
Merge spliced upstream vim.pack rewrite into lazy.nvim config,
breaking init.lua parse. Restore branch version, reformat all
lua to satisfy stylua --check.

feat: migrate from vim.pack to lazy.nvim
...
Replace vim.pack bootstrap and all vim.pack.add calls with lazy.nvim.
Convert kickstart and custom plugin files to return lazy specs.
Fix wezterm.nvim to only load when wezterm executable is present.
